Secure Shopping
Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure server so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once our order has been processed, the details are permanently removed from the web site.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and keep you up to date on new products and special promotions. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
Delivery Promise
All orders are normally shipped to the delivery address that you supplied within 14 days of receipt. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer delivery time, then you will be notified of the revised shipping date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Your credit card will be debited before your order is shipped.
Supply of Goods
Due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is no longer available, then you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order.
Pricing
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Returns
We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 14 days and in their original packaging and condition. This means that you should try on all panties, thongs and swimwear over your own underwear just as you would in the store. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not returned in their original condition. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage or shipping to return the goods. It is recommended that you use registered mail or courier when returning items.
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less delivery charges.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to sales@wildorchidlingerie.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
